Our Shipping Policy

1. Processing & Dispatch Times

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 working days after payment is received and cleared.

  • You’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.

 

2. Delivery Timeframes

⚠️ Note: Orders containing Li-Ion (Lithium) batteries may experience slightly longer customs checks or routing delays due to safety protocols.

 

3. Tracking Your Order

  • All parcels are shipped with end-to-end tracking.

  • Tracking links are sent via email (check spam/junk folders if not received).

  • You can contact us at HyproGear@Gmail.com for help tracking your order.

 

4. Shipping Partners

We use a multi-carrier system depending on your location and item type. This includes:

  • Evri (UK)

  • Royal Mail

  • YunExpress

  • 4PX

  • Local delivery partners in destination countries

 

5. Shipping Costs

  • Standard shipping is free on most drone orders over £30.

  • Express and tracked upgrade options may be offered at checkout for selected products.

 

6. Customs & Import Duties

International customers (outside the UK) are responsible for any applicable customs or import taxes charged by their country.
HyproGear is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance.

 

7. Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly and completely at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

 

8. What If My Parcel Is Delayed or Missing?

If your tracking hasn’t updated within 20 working days from dispatch:

  • Contact us at HyproGear@Gmail.com with your order number.

  • We will investigate the issue with the courier and either resend or refund where appropriate under our Delivery Guarantee.

 

9. Delivery Guarantee

We guarantee:

  • All orders are shipped with care and tracking

  • Replacement or refund options if your parcel is lost in transit

  • Support for damaged or misrouted parcels
