Our HyproGear Guarantee

1. What Is the HyproGear Guarantee?

The HyproGear Guarantee is a customer-first support policy that offers a discounted replacement if your drone is lost, damaged beyond repair, or suffers a critical fault caused by user error (e.g., crashes, water damage, or incorrect setup).
It’s our way of ensuring you're never grounded for long — even if the worst happens during flight.

 

2. What’s Covered?

✅ Accidental crashes
✅ Lost drones due to GPS/RTH failure
✅ Water damage or uncontrolled fly-aways
✅ Hardware damage caused during first flights

Important: Proof of purchase, flight video or a short description of what happened may be required to verify the issue.

 

3. What’s Not Covered?

❌ Intentional damage or modifications
❌ Damage due to unauthorized repairs or software tampering
❌ Products outside the warranty or outside of 90 days from purchase
❌ Accessories (e.g. spare batteries, controllers, cases)

 

4. How It Works

  1. Contact Us: Email HyproGear@Gmail.com with a brief explanation of the incident (photo/video evidence preferred).

  2. Verification: Our team will review your case and determine eligibility within 3–5 working days.

  3. Replacement Offer: If approved, you’ll receive a discounted price offer for a like-for-like replacement drone.

  4. Delivery: Your replacement drone will be shipped out with full tracking and HyproGear support.

 

5. Fees & Discounts

Replacements are not free — but you won’t pay full price.
You’ll receive up to 40% off the retail price of your original drone, depending on the model and incident.

Example:

  • Original Drone: £109.99

  • Crash Damage → HyproGear Guarantee → Replacement Offer: £69.99

 

6. One-Time Use

The HyproGear Guarantee is valid once per customer per drone model. Additional incidents may still qualify for a reduced-price upgrade, at our discretion.

 

7. Limitations & Final Notes

  • The HyproGear Guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.

  • We reserve the right to deny any claim that appears to be abusive, fraudulent, or outside policy scope.

  • All decisions made under the HyproGear Guarantee are final and non-negotiable.
