Our Returns Policy

At HyproGear, we’re committed to ensuring every customer is satisfied with their order. Our returns policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and in line with our product standards. Please read carefully to understand your rights and obligations when returning a product.

 

1. 14-Day Change of Mind Returns You may return any unused item in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding postage costs. This applies only to items that are unused, unopened, and in a resalable condition.

How to return:

  • Contact us via email at HyproGear@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Provide your order number and reason for return.

  • Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer.

We recommend using tracked shipping, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

 

2. 30-Day Faulty Item Policy If your item arrives faulty or develops a manufacturing defect within 30 days, we’ll offer a free replacement or refund — provided the issue is not due to user misuse.

Proof required:

  • Clear photos or a video showing the fault.

  • A brief description of how the fault occurred.

Please email HyproGear@gmail.com with the evidence and your order details. We may request return of the item for inspection.

 

3. Drones That Have Been Flown We do not offer refunds for drones that have been:

  • Flown and crashed

  • Water damaged

  • Lost due to user error

Flight data will be inspected if a claim is made on a used drone. Our inspection process helps determine whether the issue is due to a product fault or user operation.

 

4. HyproGear Guarantee If you lose your drone or damage it through user error, our Guarantee provides a discounted replacement drone — not a refund. This is designed to support learning pilots while maintaining fair trading practices.

 

5. Non-Returnable Items Certain items cannot be returned:

  • Used or damaged products

  • Items missing packaging or parts

  • Customised or clearance items

 

6. Return Address & Support Do not return any items without first contacting our support team. Returns must be authorised and may be sent to our Bournemouth address (provided upon approval).

7. Refunds Refunds are issued within 7 working days of return approval and item inspection. If the item does not meet return conditions, a partial refund or rejection may occur.

 

8. eBay & External Orders If your purchase was made through eBay or another platform, please raise your request via that platform. We will still honour our full policy guidelines but may require communication through their system for tracking.
