1. Raw and Unedited Footage: All footage provided by Afloup Drone Services is raw and unedited. We capture high-quality video and photos during our sessions, which you will receive in their original form.

2. Footage Transfer: We offer multiple options for transferring your footage. You can choose to receive your footage via Google Drive, or you may opt for an optional USB Stick for a charge of £5.99. If you prefer another method of transfer, please let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

3. Appointment Cancellation: Afloup Drone Services reserves the right to cancel appointments at any time for any reason. If we need to cancel an appointment, we will make every effort to provide you with as much notice as possible and will work with you to reschedule.

4. Weather Conditions: The safety of our clients and our equipment is of utmost importance to us. In the event of poor or extreme weather conditions, we may need to cancel or postpone your session. If poor weather conditions occur during a session, we will pause the session and can resume it at a later date when conditions improve. Please note that refunds will not be given if a session is interrupted due to weather conditions, and high winds will result in a session being paused.
